Villa Tea in Borgomanero, in the province of Novara, is a residential complex with a modern design look, built by Edilcusio and winner of the Contech Award 2010 for the architect Giancarlo Primatesta for the best domotics project.

A building with high energy efficiency, featuring walls in expanded heat-insulating cellular concrete and a high heat resistance envelope.
The thermal break aluminium frames with insulated windows were installed into PRESYSTEM^® Roller Shutter integrated systems, fitted with motorised roller shutters and external inspection apertures for maximum heat insulation and soundproofing of the box.
