River Center Pescara

River Center in Pescara, built by Lamante Costruzioni, is the first KlimaHaus Class A certified construction in Abruzzo (except for the wooden homes built in L’Aquila after the 2009 earthquake).

A residential complex designed to guarantee maximum heat and acoustic insulation, where even the prefabricated PRESYSTEM^® Roller Shutter integrated systems by Alpac were produced specifically to give maximum results in the KlimaHaus Blower Test. To improve the building’s thermal performance and air tightness, the rabbet was built directly onto the box and insulation on the cover was increased.
