Muravera Viterbo

Residenza Muravera built by Saggini Costruzioni is a three-storey block of 18 apartments in Grotte Santo Stefano, Viterbo and it is also the first KlimaHaus Class A Nature in Italy (outside the province of Bolzano) certified not only from an energy efficiency point of view but also in terms of impact on the environment and on human health.

All the windows in this residential complex were fitted into Alpac PRESYSTEM^® Roller Shutter box systems, fitted with electric roller shutter, under sill panel and 16 cm of insulation.
The aim was maximum heat and acoustic insulation, also ensured by the highly insulated sides and under sill panel.
