Complesso Le Torri Mestre (Venice)

Two blocks, nine storeys each. These are the numbers for the Le Torri residential complex in Mestre (Venice), a building by Gruppo Ormenese Costruzioni where attention focuses on finishing details, designed with the empahsis on wellbeing in the home.

The external walls have a ventilation system that guarantees a total absence of damp and greater air quality. The system was then cladded with porcelain stoneware slabs resting on a substructure in steel treated to prevent corrosion by salt in the air.

A ventilated-wall building that required Alpac to supply a specific type of PRESYSTEM^® Roller Shutter adapted to these special structural characteristics.
